Astro Crash Course
Astro is a modern web framework for creating content-driven websites. It sets itself apart from other frameworks - like Next, Nuxt and SvelteKit - by shipping absolutely no JavaScript to the browser by default. The result is a highly performant website, making it ideal for static sites and content-driven applications. But we can opt-in to a more dynamic experience by enabling on-demand rendering and something called client islands - small sections of interactivity we can inject into out Astro applications, making it a very flexible framework to work with.
